Why Choose Wild Oak
THE OWNER IS ON EVERY JOB.
No sales team and no hand-offs. Our owner, Raffi, has been a licensed California contractor since 2015 and comes from three generations of builders. He reviews the plans and scope and signs off on every project that comes through our office.
Licensed since 2015
Continuously licensed in California, with a third-generation family background in construction.
Whole-home knowledge
From foundation and framing to roofing and finishes, we look at how your whole home works together, even on a single repair.
Hands-on at every stage
Our owner has personally done the concrete, framing and finish work, down to the final nail. He knows quality when he sees it.
Owner sign-off on every job
No separate sales team. You work directly with our in-house team, and the owner reviews the plans and scope of every project.
Every roofing system
Shingle, tile, metal and low-slope roofs, each with the right materials and installation methods for lasting protection.
Leaks stopped early
Ongoing moisture leads to wood rot, termites and structural damage. We find the source and fix it before it spreads.
