Wild Oak Construction is a family-owned builder led by Raffi, a licensed California contractor since 2015 and the third generation of his family in construction. We started in roofing and grew into a full-service builder, with the owner involved in every project.
Consultations Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm, with weekend appointments available. We provide free, transparent estimates for roofing and clearly defined projects.

Over more than 11 years as a licensed contractor, Raffi has personally done the concrete work, the framing and the finishing details, right down to driving the final nail. That hands-on experience is why he can spot a problem early and recognize quality work at every stage.
There is no separate sales team. Raffi reviews the plans and scope and signs off on every project that comes through our office, so you work directly with our in-house team and the owner from the start.
Even when your project is one part of the house, you get a contractor who understands how the whole home works together, from the foundation and framing to the roof and finishes.
