Why Wild Oak
Why Sherman Oaks homeowners choose Wild Oak
The owner signs off on every roof
No separate sales team. You work directly with our in-house crew, and the owner reviews the scope of every job that comes through our Sherman Oaks office.
Whole-home knowledge
We hold C-39 Roofing and Class B General Building licenses, so rotted decking or framing under the roof is fixed by the same team, no second contractor.
Leaks stopped at the source
Ongoing moisture leads to wood rot, termites and structural damage. We trace the leak to its source and fix the cause before it spreads.

Pricing
What determines the cost of a new roof
Every roof is priced after an on-site inspection, not from a formula. Your written estimate explains the scope and the main factors behind the price.
- Roof size and pitch: larger and steeper roofs take more material and labor
- Material: architectural shingle, concrete or clay tile, or standing seam metal
- Condition of the decking and any repairs uncovered during tear-off
- Ventilation, flashing, skylight, and chimney details
- Permit requirements for your property
